Referral Bonus
National Staffing offers a Referral bonus program where you can earn up to $1000 for referring a healthcare professional! There are several different ways to be paid in this industry above and beyond a traditional compensation package; bonuses, including sign-on, completion, and extension bonuses which will vary from assignment to assignment, but are often available and can be tailored to what an individual therapist seeks.
Housing
Not everyone needs housing while on assignment, but when you do we’ll be there for you. It is important to us that you are comfortable and feel secure on assignment and that the transition from one contract to another is as stress free and as seamless as possible. National does everything within our power to assure that your housing is clean, safe, secure, and in an area where you want to live. Our housing department will bend over backwards to find you not just good housing, but the right housing for you. You will be asked a series of questions that will allow our housing team to find you he exact accommodations you are comfortable; whether it be an extended stay with daily maid service or a two-bedroom apartment for you and your family. That way when you are done at work, you can arrive at your home away from home that’s furnished with all of the necessities and amenities that you are accustomed to.
